EARTHQUAKES

And What They Cause

Earthquakes have lasting impacts on cities and could leave cities destroyed. People don't prepare for them and they result in major destruction and injuries. The damage is most likely always due to the initial shaking of the ground, ground rupture, landslides, and tsunamis. One example of this is the Marina District in San Francisco. It got destroyed by the Loma Prieta earthquake on October 17, 1989. This led to the collapse of many houses and apartment buildings in the Marina District and plenty of damage. It could even be worse if you lived under a plate boundary. If you don't want this happening without warning, we have a line of products. The Proquake watch will help keep you, and your loved ones safe!
